11-Mar-22 Service DSI-AMOA How to do… C@MPUS : Moodle - Recovering grades for students withdrawn from a course of the pedagogical space INTRODUCTION Generally, the need to recover grades concerns students who have started the year on the standard program and who switch to the work-study program. These students may have been enrolled for a period on the standard curriculum pedagogical spaces before switching to the work-study program pedagogical spaces. During this period, they may have done graded activities (MCQs, submission of an online graded assignment). NB: When a student is withdrawn from a course, his grades are not displayed anymore. To display again the grades the following steps must be followed: 1. Re-enroll the student in the course where the assessment was done 2. Go to the graded activity and find the grade 3. Un-enroll the student from the course once the grades have been recovered. These three steps are detailed below. In our example, we will be looking for MCQs grades.
