TBS International Summer School Programme 2024 European Innovation Lecturer: Thomas Hirschmann (German nationality), Kent University (Lecturer in Innovation), UK and Germany Format: On Campus, Toulouse ECTS credits: 7 Total Hours: 30 in-class contact hours Pre-requisites: This course is appropriate for Graduate Level students and students in their 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate Program with a basic understanding of innovation processes and knowledge of innovation management, entrepreneurship and new product and service development. Familiarity with the European Union and its institutions is expected. Evaluation: The course will be assessed using the following two assignments and percentage weights to calculate the final course grade: ● Innovation project presentation: 30% (group work, presented at the course end) ● Applied innovation essay: 70% (individual work, open book, max. 2,000 words, submitted after the course) The assessment criteria will include the quality, originality,
