Specifically, it helps them to use the lens of Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) and Social Performance Management (SPM) as a process. Students will practice it as a process by identifying social mission/goals, the measures (indicators), monitoring and evaluation with the help of real-life companies, cases and guidelines.
