RESTAURANT DISHES UP HORSE MEAT INSTEAD OF EXOTIC STEAKS A Watford steakhouse has been found guilty of selling horse and venison meats as exotic zebra and wildebeest dishes following an investigation by Hertfordshire County Council’s (HCC) Trading Standards Service. Kunal Soni, 32, owner of The Steakhouse, was ordered to pay £3,860.78 costs and a victim surcharge of £15 following a trial at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on Monday, September 14.
