The Buckeyes worked into Scarlet Knight territory holding a 21-7 lead, getting to Rutgers’ 20-yard line after a 5-yard completion to wide receiver Julian Fleming from quarterback C.J. Stroud. It took Ohio State just two more plays to get inside the 5-yard line, setting up what should have been an easy score for the Buckeyes to take a comfort- able lead into the half.
