Regulations for Rohan 2024 Scholarship I. OBJET The Institut francais d’Autriche and the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs grant "Séjour Scientifiques de Haut Niveau" scholarships for short stays in France. In Austria, these grants are also available in the cultural field. Thus, the cultural service of the Institut francais d’Autriche awards a grant worth € 1700 (one thousand seven hundred euros) per month to a writer or translator with a research and/or creative residency project lasting one to two months (grant calculated on a pro-rata basis) in France in 2024. The project presented must relate to the themes of the residencies (oceanicity, sea issues, coastline, oceans, historical, literary, social heritage or environmental angles). II.
