The $15 million project will be funded primarily by financial donations given by parishioners, and generous estate gifts already received by the parish. The goal for the project is to raise $12 million over five years, beginning March 2025. The amount of cash on hand will determine how much we need to borrow during the construction. The goal is that we raise $12 million over five years and do long-term, financing for the remaining $3 million. How does this relate to Sunday/regular giving? Campaign commitments are in addition to the regular donations given to the church through the Sunday offertory. It is important to remember that the parish needs to continue to operate all the ministries, and the regular support of the parish operations is necessary.
