Getting Involved with Austin Think Bilingual Based in Austin, Texas, Dr. Hind Louali is the founder of Ecole Jean-Jacques Rousseau, a French immersion school for students in preschool to eighth grade. Dr. Hind Louali is also a board member of Think Bilingual Austin. A nonprofit organization, Think Bilingual promotes bilingualism and multiculturalism by providing information and access to free resources to the greater Austin area. The organization builds community through SABER, which means “to know” in Spanish and is also an acronym for their mission statement: S for supporting language learning; A for advocacy to promote bilingualism and multicultural programs; B for bridging the community through cultural exchanges; E for educating on the benefits of bilingualism; and R for research-based initiatives to support their mission.
