A contract should be drawn up between the company & the certification body. This agreement will contain access rights, confidentiality, and liability.
Step 4
Review the Company Documents by the ISO Auditor. Notify any possible loopholes in your company against the requirement in the selected ISO Standard.

The ISO Auditor's instructions will help you create an action program to fix these loopholes.

Make it a point to inform employees about the new process that has been implemented to eliminate loopholes in their work processes and conform to ISO standards.
