A photographic and journalistic investigation into the history of oil and gas in Albania and Greece since the beginning of the 20th century until today. What is the heritage of a century of oil exploitation in Albania? What are the most recent developments in Greece? By observing the past and the present, we are trying to imagine the future for these underdeveloped countries on the south-eastern frontier of the European Union, at a time when terms like climate change and green energy transition occupy more and more space in the public discourse.
