Defining User Experience Goals for Future Concepts: A Case Study Hannu Karvonen Abstract VTT Technical Research Centre of In this paper, we present a case study in which UX Finland goals were identified as a part of the development of a P.O. In the paper, we describe a Hanna Koskinen procedure that was utilized to identify UX goals in the VTT Technical Research Centre of concept design phase of our case. The chosen UX goals in our case study were 02044 VTT, Finland safety in operation, sense of control, feeling of hanna.koskinen@vtt.fi presence, and ease of co-operation. To elaborate what these goals mean for our case, we also present high- Jaakko Haggrén level design implications regarding each of these goals.
