Pedagogical trends and pedagogical research in current challenges. When addressing pedagogical trends, a wide spectrum of elements that accompany the teaching and learning processes is walked. In this sense, it is important to recognize the main contributions of these pedagogies in educational and social spaces, where the interest of this essay is launched, in its first part. For its part, a second interest is aimed at recognizing the contributions of pedagogical research in self-learning processes.
