STRATEGIC PLAN: 2023 – 2027 UPDATED OCTOBER 20, 2022 Overview In 2016, OCAC’s Board created a new Vision and Mission to guide the organization’s future. In 2019, the OCAC Board created a Strategic Plan to provide an actionable five-year “blueprint” that helps focus its resources on critical areas: 1. Development 2. Facilities 3. Programs and Art Exhibitions 4. Marketing 5. Sustainability Objective of the Strategic Plan This five-year plan strengthens the Oxford Community Arts Center, so it continues to be viable and relevant to the future needs of its regional stakeholders.
