As part of The Best Dutch Book Designs 202, books of various formats were exhibited. We can observe the tendency of a certain compositional construction in small and large books. So, for example, in large-format publications, designers often use an airy and minimalistic composition, while in small ones the pages are filled with content. One more conclusion can be drawn about working with text in books of different formats: large text is often present, while small ones are more often illustrative.
