Dr. Mamo Othman The Ezidian religion is regarded to be one of the most ancient religions in Kurdistan. This ancient religion of the Kurds is also regarded as one of the most controversial religions among the pre-world religions. The radical changes which were implemented by Sheikh Adi bin Musafir (1074-1162) and later by the son of his nephew Sheikh Hasan Bin Uday bin Abu Albarakat bin Sakhar bin Musafir (1184-1246), makes a new era in Ezidisim and is a decisive line between what all Kurds were worshipping and what they have to practice under the power of the new world religions.
