Anytime you start tracking calories again, always check your MyFitnessPal to ensure it’s set up correctly, even if you’ve not touched it since the last time you tracked. One of the most common mistakes is to set your calorie target too low which isn’t maintainable and will sap your motivation. Your MyFitnessPal should be set up as follows: - Lose 1lb per week. - Set yourself as lightly active (training 1-3x per week). - Do not track steps / exercise. - Always check your final calorie target with a trainer before proceeding.
