When he was arrested inside the Homies Unidos location, he was carrying a .380 Taurus pistol registered to him. The authorities also inspected his vehicle, which had been confiscated as evidence after the attack in Valle Verde. That light blue pick-up seemed all too familiar to investigating agent Molina and he decided to snoop around. The circulation card said that it was owned by Heriberto Henríquez and that it was red. It was enough to scrape a little for its original color to appear, the same color of the vehicle that –according to witnesses– used the killers of Chucky to escape. The trial was held in August.
