In the article is investigated the poem “Qızılgül olmayaydı” (If only there were not a rose) by the national poet Rasul Rza, dedicated to the talented master, victim of repression in 1937-1938 Mikayil Mushfig. Article is interesting by new criteria, that the young researcher has approaches. The article is of interest because of young researcher's approach to the subject with new criteria, while analyzing the poem. The researcher concludes that authoritarian and repressive forms of society governance is primarily intended to abolish speech freedom, directed its most severe blow to independent thinkers and ideologists - creative intellectuals, such as M.Mushfig - and exposed nations under intellectual - moral genocide. Stalin continued to rule this form until his death and severely damaged the historical-cultural development of the Soviet people.
