Fatwas of Ulama regarding Aslu Deen and takfeer upon mushrikeen and taghout Islam is Invalid without the takfeer upon the People who committed major Shirk and Kufr Today many of those who claim that they are the saved Sect, following the straight path, have fallen into Kufr. They don’t dissociate themselves from those who have fallen into Shirk and clear Kufr. The reasons are many, but the most apparent is their ignorance of the Shahadah itself and what it necessitates and implies. The scholars of Najd said: “The Blood and Wealth of a Slave will not be protected until he comes with two things: 1) To declare La ilaha ill Allah and to know its meaning. Not just saying it without any knowledge. The meaning of it is to single out Allah swt in all acts of ibaadah (worship). 2) To disbelieve in everything that is worshiped besides Allah.
