A few months ago I was talking with my friends about what caused them stress and they told me about situations that caused them stress: “I was studying when the lights went out and it caused me too much stress as it was for the university exam.” “I was starting to do my math homework when I didn't understand how to solve a problem and immediately got stressed.” 2.
