The first is your applica- Officer’s Reports P. 4 tion for FREE insurance courtesy of the American Legion. All you have to do is fill out Burial Flag Request Form P. 5-6 the form and mail it in. This will give you $1,000.00 FREE accidental insurance and LIT Information P. 7 $5,000.00 accidental death if you are traveling on official Legion business. LIT Enrollment Form P. 8 The second form is really more important and will affect each and every Veteran. Burial Flags will no longer be available to our next of kin or friends at the time of our funerals. The V.A. will no longer make the Flags available by sending them to funeral homes or YOUR POST 76 OFFICERS cemeteries. The only way your family or friend can have a flag
