To: Ethan Smith From: Mary Lauren Subject: Disagreement with your services Dear Mr. Smith I’m writing to complain about of my recent visit your restaurant “The House of Flavor”. Firstly, we arrived to the restaurant, where we have already booked a table about a month ago, the receptionist told us that the restaurant was full and it appears to be that there was not reservation. We had to wait an hour to finally get a table, we were already furious planning to leave, but we stayed for the food. Secondly, we waited half an hour for a waiter to attend us, when someone finally appeared, he treat us horribly, throwing the menu and making a lot of noise. We order some food, it comes another half hour later, we were tired and for my surprise, when I started to eat my empanada, I found a bee in my first bite, I called the chef Hernandez, he was very rude, saying that I was making everything up.
