Bread Pudding Custard 6 cups half & half 12 whole eggs 12 egg yolks 3 cups sugar 2 tsp vanilla ½ tsp salt 1. Whip eggs, yolks, sugar, vanilla and salt together until smooth. 2. Whisk in cream and set aside.
