Dekalb County Superior Court's answer to my Notice of Facts, however:
1. The courts only answered 1 of the 6 facts tendered to the courts
2. 18FM9395 and 18FM2190 was heard on the same day, however the administrative error is on record that I was NOT served any documents under O.C.G.A. 9-11-4. Process therefore the case should not have been heard.
3. On 12/11/18 I was identified as BLACK it was not until 12/12/18 8:56 am est the SF-181 was received with conformation.
4. OCGA 19-11-12 (a) The IV-D agency shall review orders for child support in accordance with the guidelines prescribed in Code Section 19-6-15
If the IV-D agency reviews these orders why is a judge residing over this case?
Is this an admission that this is an administrative procedure? What capacity is this PRESUMED Judge acting under?(administrative law judge?) as per O.C.G.A. 19-6-15*(8) "Court" means a judge of any court of record or an administrative law judge of the Office of State Administrative Hearing
