May 13, 2019 PTA Meeting Minutes Attendance: Samantha Alcorn, Amy Fenolia, Katie Frick, Sara Pommarane, Justin Pierantoni, Jacque Graef, Delilah Pasman, Marla Voos, Mercedes Thelen. Alex Thelen and Daphne Pommerane came to speak about the use of Styrofoam lunch trays vs plastic lunch trays  At lunch time, after all the plastic trays are used Styrofoam trays are used  They said they would need about $338 to purchase plastics trays for all students  Mr. Pierantoni said they trays are provided by the school district and are out sourced  The girls were praised for their concern and research, suggested they keep working and a board meeting would be the next place they should speak. Principal’s Report  Thank you to PTA for Teacher Appreciation Week  Three students: Anna Kaiser, Daphne Pommerane and Alex Thelen will being giving cooking lessons using the Charlie Cart in classrooms  Legislators have changed the busing radius fro 1 ¼ mile to 1 ½ mile  Looking to fade away from Teton Whe Less
