AGENT of the ITC - J. Ayanna Butler, Esq called me and pretended she didn't received my Request. Just like the District Court Adm.(KING COUNTY NYC) who refused to file my counterclaim. I file countless complaint before the claim was finally docked on 10/10/2017 at Federal Court. ITC adm. received the said request and ignored it (inactive investigation from day 1). You can not ignore it if I deem it the Appellant Brief. (18-3461 2nd Circuit Court of Appeal)
