I am from Los Angeles, California which is a place populated by people from all over the world. The metropolitan Los Angeles area has a population of 16 ½ million. This city has the fifth largest Jewish population in the entire world. The fact that there are so many Jews, and also Arabs, ocassionally generates political conflict in Los Angeles. For example: in 2010 I participated in a demonstration supporting Israel while on the opposite side of the street there was a great multitude of Arabs protesting against Israel...
