EXHIBITORS BADGES THE PERSONS CONCERNED The "EXHIBITOR" badges are paper badges intended for employees who have a function on your stand. As a reminder, your employees who do not work at your stand must order a "COMPANY" badge, formerly called "company visitor". The "EXHIBITOR" and "COMPANY" badges also give access to the set-up and dismantling periods, so you do not have to order a "set-up/dismantling" badge for holders of these badges. MY QUOTA You have a limited number of "exhibitor" badges. This quota is determined according to the surface of your stand. Beyond this quota you can order "COMPANY" badges: their access rights are identical. REMINDER - Direct exhibitors have 2 badges for stands of 9 m² and one badge for each additional 10 m². - Indirect exhibitors have 2 " EXHIBITOR " badges HOW TO COLLECT AND DISTRIBUTE MY " EXHIBITOR " BADGES ?
