Art therapy is a common intervention that can be helpful in processing the difficult emotions that arise following cancer diagnosis and treatment and has been found to be beneficial in reducing symptoms in breast cancer survivors. The COVID-19 pandemic presented many challenges for the conduct of psychotherapy in general, and art therapy specifically, leaving many individuals without much needed care.
