We are Indigenous to the land and are not governmental units subject to property taxes or tax assessment(s) as we are the beneficiaries of the Cestui Que Vie Trust, all maritime liens are null & void on parcels 0070- 00-061.00 and 0070-00-061.04 (10 acres total).
