Using the grouped properties Management Portal Guides Using the grouped properties, we group together sites to easily grant access for sub accounts and master keys. Multiple groups can be selected if needed and when new site are added the admin account can easily grant access to all sub accounts. Example of grouped access Example of grouped sites Housing officer - has access to all properties Greater London – All properties in greater London and London city Contractor B - Access to Greater London properties London City – Only properties in London City Contractor C – Only 1 property Wales – All properties In Wales These are just a few examples, that can also be mixed to allow easy management. STEP 1: To start we need to create new groups, navigate to the Account tab on the left by clicking on the username. STEP 2: Then select “Grouped Properties” and click “Create”.
