April 9th, 1912 I am looking forward to go on the RMS Titanic to New York. This will not be my first time in sea. I have been doing this since I was 11 years old. I have been on almost all the White Star Line ships. I am going to be the Chief Baker on the Titanic. At age 34, I would be the oldest and most experienced crew member aboard the ship. My family had decided that we would be moving to the US soon. According to other crew members that the ship was unsinkable. I am sad not to take my family on this marvelous ship. I have already been on the sister ship of the Titanic, the Olympic. I have 13 bakers under my charge on the Titanic. The Titanic is the largest ship I have been on since I have left from Southampton . I would be on the ship for about a week serving first-class passengers. I heard there was going to 1500 wine, 1500 champagne glasses, and 850 bottles of sprits. The one I am in favor is the Whiskey and the 20000 bottles of beer. But, unfortunately I can only drink when I
