Autrans International Festival – Mountain, cinema & culture Regulation for participation – 2025 Edition Article 1 - Principle The festival team organises the 42nd edition of Autrans International Festival – Mountain, cinema & culture from the 3st to the 7th of December 2025. The festival proposes competitive and non-competitive sections. This competition is opened to professional and non-professional filmmakers. Article 2 - Topics Films submitted to the Festival (competition or not) must deal with the following topics, whatever the way the topic is presented (main subject of the film, main place, etc.) • Mountain nature, ecology and environment • Social life, art, sciences and ethnology in mountain environment • Adventure, exploration, mountain-expedition and extreme sports. • Other topic (dealing with mountain, snow, ice or poles) Any topic is acceptable as long as the mountain (or north or south poles) has a link with the narrative project of the film.
