VENDOR SPACE RENTAL AGREEMENT June 18th , 2016 @ 17Seventeen McKinney Ave. THIS AGREEMENT is between “Vendor” and Conscious Couture for participation in Conscious Couture Resale (“Event”). This Agreement shall not bind Conscious Couture or Vendor until you sign this agreement below (the “Binding Conditions”). IMMEDIATELY UPON SATISFACTION OF THE BINDING CONDITIONS, THIS AGREEMENT SHALL AUTOMATICALLY BECOME AN EFFECTIVE AND BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN CONSCIOUS COUTURE AND VENDOR. This Agreement sets forth the entirety of the parties’ respective rights and obligations in connection with Vendor’s operation of a booth space at Conscious Couture Resale Event located at 17Seventeen, McKinney Ave., Dallas.
