This edition presents the attendance statistics of the Soviet feature films, shown at the cinemas from 1950 till 1990. Unfortunately the box office data is not available for all the Soviet feature films (and there were over seven thousand of them). There are, for example, serious gaps in the box office data from the 1920s to the 1960s. Therefore, this publication provides information on the number of viewers who watched Soviet feature films (more than three thousand titles in all) during the 12 months of screening from 1950 to 1990.
