Basic three note 7th chords! 7th Chords are the most common chords in Jazz! Master 7th chord voicings, and you will be able to play almost any chord in a chart! Their Jazz oriented sound make these chords a very valuable and useful tool! They can easily be moved up or down the fretboard much in the same way as barre chords, and is an exellent springboard to learning more complicated chords by adding the 2nd and 1st string (see chart Jazz chords # 3) to alter or exstend chords!
