The question becomes: is BOLT 2 sustainable? (assuming not everyone participating in BOLT 1 wants to participate in BOLT 2). Can additional offerings of BOLT 1 occur (e.g., 2 per term)? This would potentially increase the pool of candidates for BOLT 2. Can the requirements for taking BOLT 2 change? (e.g., faculty could take an online version of BOLT 1, thereby satisfying, albeit in an alternate format, the conditions). Can the structure and requirements of BOLT 1 be changed?
