Sudesh Arora is the Founder, President and CEO of NATEL. Born in Sheikhupura, India, that later became a part of Pakistan after partition, Arora relocated to the Indian portion during the tumultuous partition of the two countries. The second eldest of 4 siblings, Arora went through extreme poverty and crisis in his early days. Later, his family permanently settled in Delhi after his father started his own business in the paper industry and later found reasonable financial success.
Sudesh Arora had a tremendous knack of reading right from his childhood and was one of the rare 5% students who were awarded a prestigious merit scholarship to Bombay IIT. He completed his bachelors in Electrical Engineering and Maters from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh.
