lynn County resident Robert Millican did not know on
Tuesday exactly how to describe his feelings a year after
two bombs exploded near the finish line of the Boston
Marathon he had finished just an hour earlier.
“There’sjustkindofavoidinside,”Millicansaid,thinkingback
