These are actually di erent formulas and concentrations for fresh and salt water, and the products should NOT be used in
conditions they are not labeled for. Using them in the wrong system would be bad.
There may be some clouding initially, but that will go away and the water will clear up. Using a second dose is often more e ective
than just a single dose. So if the water doesn’t clear completely for the user after the rst application the second dose will usually
give them the desired result.
Accidental overdosing, even at 2X dosage will cause no harm, and the product will continue to work. The leading competition in
freshwater clari ers will NOT work if overdosed.
