16 September 2020 Dear Ordinary Member RE: QPP ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND BOARD ELECTIONS The 17th QPP Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via Zoom Webinar at 5:30 pm on Wednesday 09 December 2020. As an ordinary member of QPP, you may be nominated by fellow ordinary members of QPP for the following positions on the board: 1. Vice President who can reside anywhere in Queensland 2. Secretary who can reside anywhere in Queensland 3. Central Zone Member who must reside in the Central zone of Queensland Relevant zonal boundaries are listed on the enclosed Board Nomination Form. Also enclosed with this letter you will find a Declaration for Election to a Management Committee form and relevant board position descriptions. The nomination of a candidate for election as a board member must be provided to QPP in the enclosed reply-paid envelope and must include the following documents: A completed Board Nomination Form A completed Declaration for Election to a Management Committee form
