Today, let’s talk about my intermittent fasting results.
Before I talk about my intermittent fasting results.
Let me define intermittent fasting and how I follow
this diet.
First, intermittent fasting is the process of switching between fasted and feed states.

simply stated this is the process of eating for a certain period of time then fasting for the rest of the day.
The purpose of this is to give your digestive system time for maintenance in order to improve your
health.
So for me, I am feed for 7 hours of the day then I fast for 17 hours.
On a typically day, I’ll eat lunch
around noon then have dinner at 6 pm.
After 7 pm, I do not eat until noon the next day.
To summarize,
I eat two meals at noon and 6 pm and fast for the rest of the day.
Now with my plan outline, let’s discuss my intermittent fasting results.
