BRANCH AND COUNTER SALES ADMINISTRATOR LOCATION: George DIVISION: Deltec Energy Solutions DEPARTMENT: Sales Department JOB TITLE: Internal Sales Administrator REPORTS TO: Branch Manager − Serve as internal sales support for pre-defined geographical locations − Works closely with the Accounts Department to ensure effective management of customer credit accounts KEY AREAS OF − Performs counter sales duties and provides product information to customers RESPONSIBILITY IN − Generate sales by liaising with customers and following new customer leads THIS POSITION − Take calls for orders, process invoices and payments for product dispatch INCLUDES − Control and maintain the branch’s cashbook AMONGST OTHERS: − Control, process and reconcile branch debtors accounts − Follow up on outstanding debtors and provide reports as required − Control, process and reconcile branch creditor accounts − Prepare monthly stock reconciliations − Senior certificate/ Equivalent qualification − At least 3 years’ ex Less
