Real Estate Agents are licensed professionals who assist their
customers with buying and selling their homes.
In Canada,
houses are generally bought and sold using the services of a
realtor and their agents, salespeople who specialize in home
buying and home selling.
When someone is selling their home,
or is looking to purchase a home, they seek the help of a good
real estate agent to guide them through the process.
Are you a good listener?
One of the assets of a good real estate agent is the ability to listen and understand what
it is their customers are looking for in a new home.
Usually a good agent will ask a lot of
questions of a new customer and find out what criteria are the most important to them.
For example, a young married couple with small children would probably want to see
homes that are located in good school districts, while a senior couple would have no
interest in that at all.
