Founded in 1977 by HaRav Tzfaniah Drori, and joined shortly thereafter by HaRav Yisrael Kirshtein, the Kiryat Shemona Hesder Yeshiva is a religious Zionist institute of advanced Torah learning that provides its students the opportunity to be a part of the IDF and participate in all of Israel’s battles against its enemies. They serve in meaningful roles in combat and elite units while taking part in our intense Torah program.
