Commuting students got free
doughnuts and coffee Tuesday
morning from the Off-Campus
Mavericks, while the organization
promoted its new location in the
Maverick Activities Center.

vice president, said it was a way for
commuting students to know they
are welcome and appreciated, and
to let them know about the new
Off-Campus Mavericks Center in
the MAC.

Orientation associate director, said
the new Off-Campus Mavericks’
area will have computers, a lounge
and outlets for students to use to
charge cell phones or laptops.
He said a grand opening celebration will be held at 4 p.
m.
Sept.
16, where they will have giveaways
and cake.

and dance team.
