Exit Policy & Process
Purpose :
The purpose of this policy and process is to identify the various factors which might have
contributed to an employee’s decision to resign Arvind Brands and Retail.
It also aims at
identifying exit trends which can be utilised for improving the organisation’s ability to
respond to employee concerns , for proactively retaining employees.
Scope :
This policy is applicable to all those employees who have decided to leave the organisation.
Process :
In the event of an employee expressing her/his desire to resign or being asked to do so, the
HR dept needs to be intimated about the resignation/termination( respectively) by the
concerned supervisor or Business Head.
1) In the former case, the employees formal resignation email in writing needs to be
sent by Manager after meeting with the employee.
In the latter case , the need for
the employee to be terminated/asked to resign , needs to be formally
communicated to the HR dept by Manager along w
