Reading for Wellbeing Aberdeen City Libraries' 6 minute reading challenge ran from the 23 April to 31 May 2018. It challenged people to read at least 6 minutes a day to see if it could boost their health and wellbeing. The challenge was part of the Mindful Libraries Project funded through the Health Improvement Fund (www.neighbourhoodhealth.org.uk).
