BASIC PHYSICAL SKILLS: Physical abilities are the skills a person has that allow them to do the most basic and simple movements. These skills will increase as people grow and can also be developed with training. When our objective is to keep good health, we must focus most on our cardiovascular endurance (fewer than 130 beats per minute), strength (stamina-strength) and flexibility. THE FOUR BASIC PHYSICAL SKILLS: CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE/FITNESS/STAMINA: The ability to exercise your whole body for a long time. It also allows the body to recover faster after physical exertion. Physical skills are trained in many ways, but with these conditions: - Sessions of a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes. - The sessions should be continued and must be done a minimum two days per week - They must work out the entire body. - They must be done at a gentle pace.
