Under the Licensing Act 2003, every business, large or small,
which offers alcohol for sale has to have at least one individual who holds a Personal
Licence.
This could also be the Designated Premises Supervisor who would also be
in day to day control of the premises.
As you may know, it is not mandatory for
everyone to hold a Personal Licence; but, if you have it, you would enhance your job
